RACHELLE ANTOINE

Rachelle Antoine, MSW, is an executive leader, corporate social worker, and leadership strategist whose work bridges infrastructure, public affairs, strategic partnerships, and community development. Holding a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University with a concentration in Macro Social Work, Social Policy, Leadership, and Community Development, she brings a systems-thinking approach to helping organizations, institutions, and communities navigate complexity, strengthen partnerships, and build initiatives that create lasting impact. Throughout her career, she has partnered with government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders to develop initiatives that expand access to education, workforce development, business development, environmental stewardship, and economic opportunity.
